The paywall allows us to further improve the quality of our analysis, hire outstanding experts and develop new research projects.

All you need to do is go to the payment panel and in the field “Promotional code” enter the received string of characters.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the “My Account” tab in your user panel, but we will be sorry to see you go.

Yes. We want to support the development of young scholars and those interested in international politics, so we offer discount codes for students and doctoral students (50% discount).

In order to obtain such a code, you need to:

1. prove your student/doctoral status (e.g., scan/photo of your ID card)

2. email us at office@neweuropeanstrategies.com for verification

After confirming your eligibility, we will send you an individual code that you can enter when paying for your subscription.

If you want to upgrade from a Free Plan to a Monthly Plan or from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan, all you need to do is:

1. log in to your account.

2. go to “My Account” > “Subscriptions” and select the option to change your plan.

3. make a payment (in case of downgrade) or select the effective date of the new subscription.

In the case of a downgrade (e.g., Annual to Monthly), the change usually takes effect after the end of the current billing period.

We currently accept:

1. payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

2. Online transfers (e.g. PayU, DotPay, PayPal depending on local solutions).

3. Traditional transfers – although then the subscription is activated only after the payment is credited.

We are planning to implement mobile payments (e.g. BLIK) to make the purchase even easier.

Yes, as a rule:

1. the Monthly Plan renews every 30 days, charging the linked card/account.

2. Annual Plan renews every 12 months (of which we send an email reminder 7 days before the due date).

If you do not wish automatic renewal, you can disable it under “My Account” > “Payment Settings”.

As much as possible. When purchasing a subscription, you can provide company or personal information for invoicing:

1. fill in the appropriate fields in the payment form (company name, tax ID, address).

2. Once the transaction is completed, the system will automatically generate a VAT invoice (or bill) available in PDF in your profile.

This depends on the specific Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase (e.g., “Satisfaction Guarantee” within 14 days of payment).

1) In the Monthly Plan, there is usually an option to request a refund up to a few days after paying for the next period.

2. In the Annual Plan, the payment is in advance for the entire year – usually non-refundable (unless the terms and conditions of the promotion state otherwise).

We use modern encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) and comply with RODO/GDPR guidelines:

1. your data is used only for subscription and payment processing.

2) We do not share your personal information with external parties (except for necessary payment operators).
